MCD NETWORK SDN BHD was established in 2003 running as a wholesalers business. MCD Network follow a marketing trend to run extra business which is retail business. On that time, we just have one outlet in the Northern Region located at Georgetown, Jalan Jelutong. Over the years, MCD Network has earned a sound reputation as a trusted retailer and loyalty has been generated from customer with its good services provided; the business have grown over the years with strong customers continuous support.

In 2007, MCD Network had received an opportunities from Celcom to be the Celcom X-clusive Partner (CXP) in Penang Island. CXP means serve on behalf of Celcom, we can sell all the Celcom’s product in the market included prepaid, postpaid and corporate. From there MCD Network had contributed enormous effort towards Celcom’s prepaid and postpaid sales to the top category. On 2005 and 2006, MCD Network have been reward by Celcom as “Top Achiever Award” on prepaid at Northern Region.

As an objective to serve more to our customer, MCD Network had expanded its business by set up a new retail outlet at Queensbay Mall in 2007 as a Celcom Retail Outlet (CRO).

In 2009, another breakthrough for MCD Network to expand its business at Penang Times Square at Jalan Dato Kramat, Georgetown.

Our company products and services included:-

Celcom – Network Service Provider such as Bill collection center, Postpaid and Perpaid registration, Sim Card replacement, and etc.

Currently, MCD Network have Celcom Retail Outlet at Queensbay Mall; CXP at Jelutong and Penang Times Square; Service counter at KWSP and Bayan Baru Celcom centre. We plans to expand and strengthen our businesses in the Northern Region of Malaysia.

MCD Network provides life-time consultation, free training and free setting of the devices for our customer via face-to-face sessions, telephone calls and emails. The purpose of free training and free setting is to educate and provide proper in depth knowledge of the products’ functions to our customer. This is one of the methods to retain our existing customer thus creating the recognitions. The trustworthy and reliability of MCD Network attracts the existing and potential customers.

Our distribution media includes email, sms, flyers; E-flyer and website. The E-flyers and website provides the latest product information and promotions to our customers.
